The participation fee of $500.00 (USD) covers accommodations, vegetarian meals daily, ground transportation to and from the airport and missionary site, excursion, a GCE t-shirt, and luggage tags. International flights, passports, and vaccinations costs are not included. This participation fee of ($500,00) is tax-deductible.
Please note: A deposit of $50.00 per person will be required for confirmation (non-refundable). Balance can be paid in increments with FINAL date of payment June 30th, 2026.
If the participant cancels before we have paid for the accommodations, and meal headcount plans, you will receive full refund. However, if a participant cancels for any reason after the accommodation and reservations have been made, we will give a 25% refund. If you need an extension due to extenuating circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact GCE.
