BELIZE MISSION OUTREACH

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS/TRAVEL INFORMATION

  1. U.S Citizens: U.S. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of arrival, with sufficient pages for entry and exit stamps.  No Visa is required for 30 days or less.
  2. Jamaican Citizens:  Jamaican Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of arrival, with sufficient pages for entry and stamps. No visa is required for Jamaican Passport holders.
  3. Recommended Travel Agency is Butler Travel for ticketing.  Butler Travel is a Seventh-day Adventist owned agency. Butler Travel is open Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:PM PST Time. 503-879-5005 or email [email protected]  Butler  will coordinate travel as a group and ticketing for best prices for a minimal fee.
  4. Please contact Butler Travel Agency the week of March 8th-15th 2026 to book your tickets. Advise the agent that you are traveling with the GCE Mission Trip group to Belize on August 2nd – 17th 2026. All travel arrangements (arrival and departure) must be made for these dates to accommodate group pickup by local transportation on the same travel days. If anyone is traveling outside these date, kindly make individual preparations for transportation to and from Philip S.W.Goldson International Airport on your arrival and departure dates. Also, please provide the insurance agent with requested information to receive your travel insurance ID card.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Accommodations (TBD). We will share the final details during our Zoom meetings.  
Please do not book your own hotel reservation during the trip dates. GCE will make accommodation arrangements for the entire group, except for dates before or after the trip window. Families will room together, and individuals should plan to stay in double occupancy rooms or dorm style accommodations. If you would like to share room with someone, please notify us before the mission trip’s final deadline. Single occupancy rooms may be available for an additional cost.
